Being someone who spends most of the week in the mayhem of city and corporate life, I constantly yearn for new avenues to find solace.

I had been scouting for a peaceful retreat by a waterbody for quite some time when I came across a LinkedIn Ad about Alaknanda Riverfront.

Initially sceptical due to the misleading nature of the internet, I decided to take a leap of faith and visit the place…

And the moment I arrived, a wave of tranquillity washed over me…

This was a place away from your everyday urban chaos, it was serene and silent. I quickly realised that I had found my sanctuary.

The buying process was made effortless by Mr.Chowdary, the Founder of the group. He is not your typical builder; he is a well-known name and has years of experience in building wealth for his clientele, as seen in his YouTube videos spanning 9 years.

His knowledge, energy, and him being completely invested in his vision impressed me and made the entire experience seamless.

I now seize every opportunity to visit this haven – have been there and stayed overnight 4 times within 2 months of investing – and plan to build a small holiday home there someday soon…

While the location promises high financial returns due to its geographical location and strategic importance (inland waterways, infrastructure projects, and government plans for tourism development) – I don’t see myself parting ways from this place anytime soon!
