We stumbled upon Alakananda when we came across their videos on YouTube, very randomly.

It felt too good to be true – nestled by 2 rivers with a dense forest in the backdrop, that too with major works already completed, making us wonder why no one in our family & friends seems aware of this project so far!

We studied it further, spoke to their team and scheduled a visit to the project as we were travelling to India shortly.

Our parents visited the site before our arrival to India – and were quite satisfied as what was shown on paper was reflecting on the ground – everything seemed true and transparent.

We visited the project again ourselves when in India and their hospitality was excellent — the food, stay, and overall arrangements were top-notch, reflecting great care and attention to detail.

Alakananda’s location is the perfect escape from busy city life – a peaceful, pollution-free environment with fresh air and a cool breeze!

The surroundings are beautifully maintained, with plenty of greenery, tree cover, and thoughtful additions like horse riding, boat rides, and well-designed accommodation.

One of the most impressive aspects was the property’s development approach – all structures are built with high standards, comparable to U.S. quality, and done without disturbing the natural environment.

Landscaped gardens, parks, and serene sitting areas with river views make the space truly unique.

Our interaction with their staff was also very warm and wonderful – they took the time to explain every detail about the property, its vision, and future plans.

We’d especially like to thank Mr.Divyendhu for his thorough guidance from the beginning, and the founder AVR Chowdary garu, who patiently stood by us throughout the process and helped finalize the deal exactly as per my expectations.

In one word, this is a wonderful weekend destination and an ideal place for peaceful living. This experience inspired me to book a property here for my future – we highly recommend it to anyone seeking nature, comfort, and quality living.
