Being from the technology sector, I tend to look closely at how well a project is planned – the specifics & nitty-gritties.

From a planning and infrastructure standpoint, the project felt well thought-out – multiple phases were already underway with solid progress on roads, plantations, and amenities.

I also appreciated the clear restrictions on construction – which preserves the villa-only character of the community — with no apartments allowed.

Another major reason we felt comfortable moving forward was the strength of the team.

Chowdary garu’s direct involvement and vision for the project were confidence inspiring & Jhashank’s refreshingly non-salesy approach – which felt more like a guidance to make an informed discussion rather than a sales pitch being pushed onto us…

Originally, I came prepared to invest in just one plot – which itself was not 100% assured – but after experiencing the project firsthand and discussing it as a family, we decided to invest in two plots instead.

Even the registration process was handled seamlessly, without any personal visits to the registration office, all formalities were completed remotely and the team kept me informed at every step.
