I came to know about the Alakananda project through G&C Founder Chowdary garu during one of his trips to the United States.

The moment I saw the brochure, I fell in love with it and since I have known Chowdary garu for more than a decade, I know the kind of quality and the vision he has.

Being the founder of TeluguPeople.com, I meet so many builders and real estate developers at Telugu conventions in the United States since 2001.

Chowdary garu always used to come up with a grand vision – always thinking from the investors’ point of view.

Projects of this size require enormous commitment – many people dream big, but only few can deliver.

Knowing G&C well, I know this is going to be a reality and it will become a landmark project.

The payment and registration process was so easy – the G&C team guided me at every step and I got my registration documents delivered in person in the US.

When I visited the site during one of my India trips, I was shell shocked.

Most of the projects you see on the market look great in the brochure but not when you go and see the site in person – but this project is quite the opposite.

This is a massive earth moving project – being the son of a Civil Engineer, I understand the sheer magnitude of effort it takes to create Alakananda!

The location is amazing, where two rivers meet – it’s beautiful and strategic as well, perfectly situated between Hyderabad and Vijayawada.

When there was a Maha Sivarathri event, Chowdary garu asked me to send any of my friends or family on our behalf to the event. I asked my classmate in Vijayawada to attend and he was so amazed and fell in love with the project.

During one of my recent trips to India, I went to the location along with our extended family members. They were all thrilled and felt its like a star hotel at an international destination.

Alakananda is a unique project, its not possible to find a similar location anywhere.

Projects like this are possible only when the founder and their family members take so much responsibility – and work with utmost passion.

I strongly recommend everyone to take a plot in this project before it is too late.
