I came to know about Alakananda through YouTube and while travelling from Eluru to Hyderabad, I dropped in to see the site without any prior plan.

I was guided through the site and facilities and found it to be a unique site with full commitment by the developer.

I liked the natural river and forest backdrop very much, and the way the green spaces are planned.

Normally for a farmhouse, you need a bigger plot for a garden and open space.

But here, all that is available as common space, which saves both cost and effort, while still giving the same experience.

I was also impressed with the planning and progress of infrastructure.

I plan to build a small farmhouse using prefab or similar modern methods, mainly as a holiday getaway.
