While we live & work in Bangalore, we were in Hyderabad last year for Christmas holidays to visit my parents and in-laws.

And while at Hyderabad, we started looking for a weekend getaway, came across Alakananda RiverFront – and after watching their YouTube videos showcasing their architecture & reading some great reviews about the property, decided to visit and stay overnight to explore this further.

From the moment we stepped-in, it was clear to us that Alakananda is definitely a first-of-its-kind property in India – with plots overlooking the Krishna River, surrounded by beautiful lush greenery!

We were completely mesmerized by the stunning ambiance and also the way the community was designed…

While our plan was to first visit and then take time to decide after getting back to Bangalore, without a second thought, we decided to invest on that very first visit itself!

Considering the futuristic plan of Amaravati and the kind of infrastructure which was going to come up around, we were completely convinced that this is the kind of property we should invest in.

In a world where builders are trying to make use of every inch of the property to make it as commercial as possible – at Alakananda, it was mind-blowing to see how a vast amount of open spaces are being intentionally created, adding to the serenity & peace of the location.

For us, the boat jetty to enjoy the morning sunrise, the organic farm garden along with the huge plantations around and the historic temples around were the main attractions which further strengthened our thoughts to own a piece of land in this rare property.

The vision forward & planning behind the scenes by the promoter Mr.Chowdary along with Jhashank and Divyendhu really helped us gain insight, further building our confidence on why we should be investing here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our memorable stay and to our own surprise, what should have been a casual weekend getaway to explore the property, very quickly turned into an instant on-site decision to invest!

Post completion of our payment, registration was done without our physical presence which was another surprise to us – did not expect it to be so smooth and seamless.

We are already planning to build a holiday home here within the next few months and our thanks to Mr.Chowdary and his team for coming up with such a fantastic vision of having a riverside community and for having us be a part of that community.
