I chose to invest in Alakananda because it’s a unique property that offers great potential for both living and investment.

Its proximity to Amaravati was a significant factor for us.

Regarding our plans for the plot, we intend to use it for our own residence – we plan to construct a villa there in probably 4 to 5 years, depending on how my children’s schooling plans work out.
